Under Select the conditions for your rule:, select, Where the Subject line contains specific words (refer Fig 2).

Under Select the Actions for your rule:, a.)To transfer to a dedicated SPAM mailbox Select the Move it to the specified folder option.
b.To delete from the server i.Select the Delete it from server option.
Warning:
Do this only if you're absolutely sure that no valid emails are getting marked as SPAM. Remember, deletions from the server are permanent. No trace what-so-ever will be left of the deleted message.

Click on contains specific words link under Rule Description (click on an underlined value to edit it):.
Enter the word SPAM and clickAdd, then clickOK.

Click on Specified link under Rule Description (click on an underlined value to edit it):.
Select one of the existing folders or click the New Folder button to create a new folder.
Click OK.
5)
For Name of the rule:,give a descriptive name for the mail rule (Ex: SPAM Filter) and click OK.
Click OK again to close the Message Rules window. * The new message rule will run automatically each time you check mail.
