How it works
The customer's e-mail will go through a special virus filtering server. If the incoming e-mail contains a virus, the e-mail will be deleted immediately.The customer will then receive an e-mail informing him/her that an infected e-mail was received (it gives the address) and was deleted due to virus.
Special note
No virus guard is 100% safe. viruses can come through even the best of virus filters. Hence, Eureka Online will not guarantee 100% virus free e-mails.
